GUIDELINES AND QUALIFICATIONS ACKNOWLEDGMENT

FAIR HOUSING
The Garibaldi Company complies with the Federal and State Fair Housing Acts. The following criteria must be met for rental approval:

APPLICATION
Each person 18 years of age or older or emancipated minors will be required to complete an individual rental application. Each application must be completely filled out and signed in order to be processed.

• Applicant MUST provide verification of enrollment at the University of the Pacific as a Junior, Senior, or Post Graduate.
• Freshman and Sophomores may be approved with proof of qualifying for off campus housing.

DEPOSIT and OCCUPANCY
All applications must be submitted with the full security deposit of $500.00. 
Occupancy limit is one (1) occupant per room. 

RENTERS INSURANCE
Renter’s Insurance is recommended for each occupant with a minimum liability of $100,000 per occurrence.
